Team Victories Return & Refund Policy

At Team Victories, most of our products are made to order especially for you rather than taken from pre-produced retail inventory. Because production begins specifically for each order, our return and exchange policy differs from that of a traditional retail store.

We want you to receive the product you ordered, produced correctly and in good condition.

30-Day Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product Guarantee

If your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrectly produced, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact Team Victories within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide your order information, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the product and the issue.

Once we review the problem, Team Victories may provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Returns for Size, Color or Change of Mind

Because our products are made specifically for each order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges resulting from:

Selecting the wrong size
Personal color preference
Buyer's remorse
Changing your mind after the product has entered production

Please review the product description, sizing information, color selection, personalization details, and other product information carefully before completing your purchase.

Personalized & Custom Products

Personalized and custom-made products generally cannot be returned or exchanged because they were produced specifically for you.

However, personalized and custom products remain covered by our 30-day policy if they arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or materially different from the order you submitted.

An error made by Team Victories or one of our production partners will not be treated as a customer personalization error.

Return Authorization

Please contact Team Victories before returning any product.

Do not mail a product directly to a production facility, fulfillment partner, or an address appearing on the shipping package unless Team Victories specifically provides those return instructions.

Because our products may be produced and shipped by different production facilities, the original shipping address may not be the correct return address.

Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on the circumstances, an approved resolution may consist of a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

After Team Victories issues a refund, the amount of time required for the funds to appear in your account is determined by your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other third-party charges may not be refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the refund results from an error for which Team Victories is responsible.

Lost or Returned Shipments

Shipping and delivery problems are handled separately from product defects.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was supplied, additional shipping charges may be required before the product can be shipped again.

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact Team Victories so we can review the available tracking and carrier information.
