Team Victories Shipping Policy
Team Victories products are made to order especially for you. Because our products are produced after an order is placed, production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, production facility, order volume, destination, and time of year.
Free U.S. Shipping
Team Victories offers Free Shipping on qualifying U.S. orders. When free shipping applies, no separate standard shipping charge will be added for the qualifying shipment.
Any applicable charges or exceptions will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Production & Delivery
Because our products are made to order, please allow time for production before shipment. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Production or transportation delays can occasionally occur because of high order volume, holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once tracking information becomes available, it will be provided for your shipment.
Orders With Multiple Products
Products may be produced at different facilities. As a result, an order containing multiple products may arrive in more than one package and on different days.
Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.
International Orders
International delivery times may be longer than U.S. delivery times.
Depending upon the destination country, customers may also be responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are not controlled by Team Victories and, unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Addresses
Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed or an order canceled after production has started.
Orders returned by a carrier because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address do not automatically qualify for a refund. Additional shipping charges may be required to resend the order.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking indicates a problem with delivery, please contact Team Victories so that we can review the tracking information and available carrier information.
Packages marked as delivered but not received may require additional investigation with the shipping carrier before a replacement or refund can be considered.
